Dallas Odgers, RD
Growing up I loved basketball, running, and training in the gym. While training for half-marathons/cross country running I began developing some curiosity around eating for sports performance. This love only grew throughout the years of competing in CrossFit and Weightlifting for Team Sask.
Being more naturally gifted in math/sciences in High School, I found Nutrition and Dietetics to be the best fit for me in post-secondary.
Fast forward to today, I work full-time as a dietitian, I am am proud to be husband and father, and love spending time at my Strength & Conditioning facility and my wife's Spin Studio.
My main priority in nutrition right now is to help people achieve a healthier version of themselves without restrictions or calorie counting. I love cooking (and eating), so I'll be sure to share some food inspiration with you.
